Bowls England Championship

The culmination of the bowling season - the EBA championships - is about to commence.

Our KCBA officials, Chris Smith (President), Geoff Bailey (Vice President) and Ian Way (Div 1 secretary) will be in attendance supporting all the KCBA representatives.

Our own Joe Sanford will appear in 4 competitions starting with the junior pairs (Aug 13th - 15th), White Rose trophy (Aug 17th), U24 singles (Aug 19th - 22nd)...

Along with Chris SMith in the Pairs (Aug 25th - 28th).

We wish Chris and Joe good fortune and enjoy yourselves and our hard working KCBA officials an enjoyable and rewarding attendance.

SUNDAY AUGUST 3rd

Junior Pairs - Our own Joe Sanford along with Harry Duffield (B&G) are champions

Junior Singles - Joe Sanford lost the final 21-18

Pairs - Joe Sanford and Chris Smith are champions - prevailing over B&G

Senior Fours - the WWBC 4 of Chris Smith, Geoff Bailey, Ian Way and David Smith lost in the semi-final.

Joe and Chris will now appear at the EBA National Championships at Leamington Spa.
