Draft 99 year lease received from WWPFT for WWBC renewal

WWBC lease is up for renewal this year. WWBC has received a draft lease from the landlord West Wickham Playing Field Trust (WWPFT) via Alan Cotton one of their committee members. This draft lease is based upon the football's club recently agreed leases and will need to be customised for WWBC.

WWBC has engaged solicitors Shakespeare Martineau (SHMA) who will review the lease and report back to the Board of Trustees. SHMA specialise in lease acquisition by charities.

The CIO 24/25 report published by Charity Commission

Prior to submission to the commission this annual mandatory report is first reviewed by the club's accountants to confirm that all financial records are reconciled and meet financial reporting standards. Thereafter the Board of Trustees produce and annual report for publication along with the financial records.
